Research Interests |
Protein structural study and beamline science My major is structural biology based on protein crystallography. After joining the PAL, I have carried out the 11C Micro-MX beamline, serial crystallography system constructions and development of a microfluidics chip for protein dynamics observation. In parallel, I have proceeded structural studies on proteins relating to type I restriction-modification system in bacterial defense, histone deacetylase, human centrosome kinase Plk4 complex and key enzymes of the fermentative pathway in ethanol-producing bacteria. |
